Do you want to work on exciting transformation stories and help deliver exciting campaigns across the retail sphere? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate PR Officer to join an industry-leading corporate PR team within a global retail business. As Corporate PR Officer, you will be in charge of identifying emerging issues and positive story opportunities within key areas of the business as well as the opportunity to manage and deliver key projects and campaigns. This role would suit a creative and ambitious individual able to meet challenging deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a fast-growing and global team.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Anticipating and handling issues that arise within the business/industry
  • Identity campaigns and positive stories
  • Project manage and deliver key communications projects
  • Support the delivery of major corporate announcements
  • Creative writing- press releases, blogs and social media

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience of working in Corporate/Brand PR and working to tight deadlines
  • Crisis management experience and have a calm and measured approach
  • Be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of the retail industry
  • Be excellent at writing concisely and with impact across including blogs, social media
  • Be great at developing relationships- both internally and externally
