Our client, a top tier agency, which manages blue chip clients around the globe, have an opportunity for a talented Account Manager, with experience in data and insights, who’s ready to take a leading role to support their clients on the frontline of issues planning and response. Looking for someone who is eager to learn from some of the best in the business, who has the drive to get stuck in and who can anticipate client’s and colleague’s needs.

As an Account Manager for the issues and crisis team with responsibility for data and insights, you will be responsible for using research and measurement to guide issues response and track latest developments and trends in their clients’ sectors.

The ideal candidate will have some client services and/or corporate communications experience, gained in an agency and/or in-house environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work quickly to tight deadlines are a must. You will also be responsible for supporting the sector in utilising data from multiple sources, with the ability to assess and report real insights that provide a competitive advantage for our clients.

You need to be inquisitive, someone who can interpret data and spot trends, with the ability to explain technical issues with clarity in a way people understand.  You should have experience with desk and quantitative research (and familiar with the basics of qualitative research); social media monitoring tools, web analytics tools or other relevant platforms; and have a deep passion for web, social media marketing & analytics.  You will be responsible for understanding the holistic Data + Insights offer and support its application for client work and new business.
