Love driving internal change?  Awesome Account Manager required!  Lead internal change, branding & employee engagement campaigns for top tier clients with a multi-award winning agency.  Excellent salaries, bonuses and benefits available.

This central London creative communications agency loves nothing more than really getting under the skin of their blue chip clients to drive internal change.  Their thought provoking and innovative approach, has earned them an enviable roster of blue chip clients which boasts some of the biggest brands in the world, as well as plenty of industry recognition with an awards shelf bursting at the seams with recent gongs and nominations. 

This new role will work in well-structured teams blending content creation, client advisory and project management skills.  Clients will include some of the most recognisable brands on the planet and campaigns will be design led, highly strategic, and multi-platform, including: branding, CSR, employee engagement & attraction, compliance & security, leadership communications, employee benefits & change communications.

Key accountabilities, skills and attributes:

  • Excellent client management experience
  • First class project management skills; supporting campaigns to budgets and deadlines
  • Experience coordinating suppliers (translators, copywriters, print)
  • Have an understanding of digital media and multi-channel communications techniques
  • Have high standards of written work
  • Be a strong verbal communicator and presenter
  • Be able to motivate and mentor junior team members.

Successful candidates will be assured client handlers and project managers with a passion for delivering successful design led internal communications & branding projects that add real value & drive change.  Experience from a management consultancy, creative communications / design agency would be highly valued but in-house internal communications, branding, change and engagement experience would also be considered.  Candidates will be smart and analytical, the confidence to manage clients, strong project management skills to coordinate designers and 3rd parties, and a keen eye for detail through campaign delivery.  If you feel you demonstrate these qualities and want to work for an award winning agency, please send your CV for immediate consideration.
