Associate Director

An internationally recognised communications consultancy is looking for an Associate Director to join their highly regarded corporate team to bring experience from some of the highest levels of the media, politics and campaigning. They are looking for someone with the ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment and someone who demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be responsible for shaping and driving new business and you will also be organising and motivating your team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility for all aspects of an account of new business projects
• Shaping and driving new business
• Organising and motivating your team
• Identifying new opportunities
• Developing your network
• Devising, developing and executing political and media strategies
• Acting as a day-to-day point of contact for senior client representatives

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent leadership skills and experience of offering strong strategic advice
• Experience within public affairs or communications
• A track record of winning new business
• Line management experience
• An undergraduate degree or equivalent
• Experience of leading communications accounts
