Finn is looking for a Group Account Director to lead its set of corporate and B2B clients, spanning FMCG, professional services and agriculture, amongst others.  We need a dynamic and driven, yet down to earth individual who has extensive experience leading and motivating a team and providing consultancy to clients at the highest level.

From either an agency or in house background, the right candidate will be a commercial thinker who is able to win respect from their team and clients. You’ll be great at collaborating with colleagues from different specialisms across the agency.  We don’t need to tell you it’ll be fast paced, so you’ll need to be flexible and willing to travel outside of the Yorkshire region. You’ll love working as part of a team to overcome challenges and capitalise on opportunities for Finn and our clients.

You will be responsible for overseeing the development of strategies and the quality execution of Finn’s corporate communications and B2B campaigns as well as leading, retaining and growing senior client relationships.  Working with the Client Services Director, you will be tasked with driving business growth within your portfolio of accounts and pitching new business to achieve individual targets.
