A global entertainment business is currently seeking a creative Communications Manager to join their growing team. As Communications Manager, you will deliver communications for the company’s channels and franchises in the UK media, managing the day-to-day implementation of campaigns and press office activity. You will be the key point of contact for communications on projects, working alongside the team to build creative plans which support the business goals, generate coverage and drive excitement with target audiences. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual with consumer experience to become part of a world-renowned team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with multiple stakeholders to understand priorities and requirements
  • Prioritising and coordinating communications across the business by working with the Senior Managers and Director
  • Working with the wider communications team and social media teams to share contacts, ideas and resources to ensure events are maximised both digitally and socially
  • Managing junior team members
  • Maintaining excellent contacts with the media and constantly seeking new opportunities to network

You will demonstrate:

  • Proven experience with both external (traditional and digital) and internal communications
  • Consumer PR experience
  • Excellent experience of managing end-to-end campaigns from the development and planning through to delivery in large, complex environments
  • Experience managing a press office
  • Excellent media industry insight and contacts
