Senior Digital Account Executive – Top 10 PR Agency – City, London – to £30,000 plus benefits
My client is a leading international communications firm delivering financial, investor relations, public policy, consumer, corporate and digital consultancy. Their mission is to ensure that clients engage to best possible effect with all relevant stakeholders across capital markets, government, business and consumers. Based in the City of London, this global communications consultancy provides a seamless reach across the UK, Continental Europe, MENA and Asia Pacific.
My client is now seeking to recruit a Senior Digital Account Executive to join their award-winning London team. Reporting to the agency’s Head of Digital, the successful candidate will have a passion for developing compelling digital strategies, which connect brand and product messages to the right audience on the right platform, delivering measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate has experience across the following key areas: social media, digital campaign strategy, digital advertising, social monitoring, campaign measurement and evaluation.
Role Requirements:
- Develop and execute strategic digital social media and public relations campaigns.
- Social media monitoring and evaluation through tools such as Sysmos and Brandwatch.
- Design and implement effective advertising and sponsored post campaigns across social channels
- Conduct audits of client social media channels and those of competitors
- Commissioning infographics, visuals and video content
- Knowledge of SEO and the ability to track and analyse website traffic flow through Google Analytics
- Support Head of Digital on new business responses and proposals
- Draft compelling social media copy across Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+ and Instagram
- Schedule social content and support with day-to-day community management
- Develop follower/community acquisition plans to support the development and growth of digital channels
Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in digital; either PR agency or client-side PR experience
- Understanding of the current social and digital media landscape, the latest online behaviour trends, as well as existing and emerging technologies
- Strong analytical skills - both quantitative and qualitative
- Experience measuring and monitoring social media and developing recommendations to inform campaign planning and optimisation
- Experience managing influencer programmes
- Exceptional written and oral communications abilities, including presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Be able to ask for help when appropriate, but balance with an ability to think for yourself and suggest solutions
- Knowledge of Photoshop/ graphic design skills
