We have partnered with an agency that is truly fully integrated and can offer their impressive client portfolio everything, from PR, Social, creative, planning, insight and paid media expertise. They are an awesome team of 50-60 and work across consumer and residential property brands. They have a newly created role for a Senior Account Director leading a PR and Social team at an exciting time as they have recently secured some new and exciting accounts, and this newly created role will drive this strategy,  You'll be a part of the senior management team, and will see a clear path for your career and management development. 

If you're a dynamic leader, who is looking to make the next step into management and to take ownership of a great team this role will see you develop your management skills as will give you the freedom to drive and implement effective PR, Social Media and Communications strategies to promote your clients and increase their brand reach and awareness. 

Your background will need to be agency side and you may be an Account Director with plenty of experience, or Senior Account Director, looking for the next step in your career.  The role will offer you the chance to take the lead of a team and be part of senior management having a say in the overall direction of the company, along with the other divisional heads. All heads of teams work collaboratively with each other, and support each other and this is important to maintain as it is the ethos of their culture. 

The role will be to develop and implement PR and Social Media strategies, lead the PR and social team with a focus on developing their full potential, creating bespoke PR & Social Media plans, and running creative campaigns with your teams. The split will be 70% PR and 30% social and you will have social media experts in your team, so you must be a strong PR consultant with good knowledge of social media PR.
