Director- Corporate Reputation

One of London’s leading strategic communications agencies are looking for a Director to join their award-winning Corporate Reputation team. As part of the senior leadership team, you will be ensuring account teams maintain high levels of client satisfaction, provide strategic advice to clients and generating profit for the agency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading on client counsel and strategy input
• Business growth through a combination of new business and existing clients
• Overseeing the account delivery team
• Providing leadership and guidance, managing resourcing issues, line management and the recruitment of talent

• Using different media, policy and political networks to provide high-level insight and advice to clients

• Network to strengthen contacts
• Advise on the development of effective communications strategies for clients

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• A great team leader
• Experience working with senior business leaders/CEOs
• The ability to develop strategy, shape campaigns and understand the critical social issues that affect businesses’ mandate to operate
• A strong background in corporate reputation- agency and or in-house
• A strong network of contacts across multiple sectors
• A sense of how the corporate world is evolving
• Able to manage and develop a team
