A hugely exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Internal Communications Manger to join a leading world-class entertainment brand. This is a UK-based role but is working globally across EMEA and the United States, you must have experience working internationally. You will be delivering inspiring and engaging communications to enhance the company’s culture, be a huge part of a big transformation, working closely with key stakeholders and developing communications plans that can be used regionally. You must be able to build relationships, communicate effectively, drive results and exhibit professional excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with corporate communications on the development of the annual strategic plan for Internal communications
  • Managing and implementing annual forums and events for over 2,000 employees
  • Working closely with the VP of Corporate Comms EMEA
  • Clearly articulating to internal audiences’ the connection between internal communications and business opportunity
  • Driving a culture of communication in which everyone from business heads on down take ownership of and are held accountable for communicating strategies
  • Identifying and creating plans for meeting internal communication needs
  • Working with key stakeholders to manage and implement Internal Comms programmes
  • Determining the annual budget requirements and ensuring budgets are appropriately tracked and managed
  • Developing change management comms plans
  • Managing and daily servicing of key platforms such as the UK/EMEA intranet
  • Researching, writing, editing and managing production of articles for external facing corporate websites

The ideal candidate will be/have:

  • Excellent written and editorial skills
  • Big brand experience
  • The ability to interact well with people who have different backgrounds and work styles
  • Able to facilitate win-win situations
  • The ability to manage the needs of diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in internal comms for a large enterprise
  • Able to operate across different markets and LOBs
  • The ability to interact with employees at all levels
  • Able to set clear goals and manage multiple projects
  • The ability to self-direct and drive projects
  • A good understanding of IT communications systems
  • Diplomatic, professional
