The Role: Head of PR and Social Media 

As an integral part of the senior management team, this role will enjoy developing and implementing effective PR, Social Media and Communications strategies to promote clients. Increasing brand reach and awareness, protecting their reputation, enhancing consumer engagement and delivering outstanding value.

You will also lead and inspire the team responsible for P.R. and Social Media, whilst becoming an integral part of our Associate Board, focusing on the growth of people, clients and culture.

To be successful, desired attributes:

  • Over 5 years’ experience in PR and social, ideally agency gained
  • Experience working across a range of brands and disciplines
  • Great relationship builder, people manager, stakeholder manager
  • Adaptable across several key areas - integrated communications, Social, PR and communications strategy, reputation and crisis management, consumer PR and content creation
  • An organized yet creative person who can develop, co-ordinate and execute strategies
  • A contributor that thrives for change, is not afraid to take risks and loves to make a difference
