The General Medical Council (GMC) helps to protect patients and improve UK medical education and practice by supporting students, doctors, educators and healthcare providers.
We’re looking for a Campaigns Officer to develop and evaluate communication and engagement plans, products and activity, to support the delivery of our corporate strategy.
Available to start as soon as possible, you’ll be an experienced communications professional with proven outstanding project management skills. You’ll be able to work independently and as part of a team, supporting a Campaigns Manager to coordinate colleaugues across the Strategic Communication and Engagement directorate and wider organisation.
As an ideal candidate, you:
- Can demonstrate your experience in a communications role, with a strong understating of strategic communications and engagement.
- Have experience managing communications for change projects and programmes
- Have exceptional planning and organisational skills
- Are an outstanding communicator, both verbal and written
- Understand and are sensitive to risks, both internally and externally
