This leading UK communications consultancy, headquartered in London, currently boasts 180 members of staff with specialist consultants covering brand / consumer, financial, corporate, health and public affairs. The firm also has international offices based in Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia, underpinned by a fully serviced affiliate network allowing them to implement impactful communications campaigns on a global scale.

The Health team is one of the highest performing practices within the agency and advise and consult to big named clients that cover the full healthcare spectrum - these include clients within the life sciences industry, healthcare professional associations, service providers, and patient organisations. They work at UK, European, and global levels across a broad range of communications disciplines including healthcare policy, government affairs, media relations, patient advocacy, and corporate communications.

The team is looking for an new Associate Director. Ideally, the individual will be a strong and solid Account Director or Senior Account Director who is ready for that step up to further support business growth across their broad client base. The successful hire will be key in helping to shape and deliver strategic advice to clients, provide senior counsel and direction to colleagues and naturally be a part of the SMT. With solid experience and with a genuine interest and passion for heath communications, healthcare policy and public affairs, your background could be from agency/consultancy or in-house (within a charity, commercial or public sector environment).

As a senior member of the team, responsibilities will include managing and guiding junior team members; act as senior counsel to clients; lead and sign off on policy engagement programmes, new business and organic growth.
