A truly excellent opportunity has arisen in this fast-growing specialist health communications agency for an Account Manager (or Senior Account Manager) level candidate. Strong Senior Account Executives will also be considered. Although part of a large global network firm, this independently run agency has the freedom and advantages of being fully in charge of its own story and yet has the full backing of one of the most recognisable names in global communications.

The agency has offices in New York, London, Berlin, Cologne, Shanghai, Milan and Sao Paolo. Originally a medical education agency, in 2014, the London office decided to spread its wings - subsequently it grew and developed an offering that covered the full spectrum of healthcare communications. Since the beginning of 2015 and following increasing business wins on the PR side (and the hiring of a new Head of PR), the PR division has grown considerably, securing a team of sought-after and top-tier PR talent. Their offering predominantly provides high-level and award-winning campaigns, both globally and domestically - due to continued growth plans for 2018 / 2019 and in addition to client demand, the agency is looking to take on a new hire at Account Manager level, which could potentially suit a strong Senior Account Executive candidate now ready to make that step-up.

As new business opportunities continue to present themselves, the firm can maximise on your experience across the business (whilst providing you with a broad range of opportunities too). Added to this, you will be a significant part of this developing area of the business and help drive and shape it – you will have excellent support from, and work closely with both the MD and Head of PR and you will find yourself in an environment that will provide you with limitless opportunities to develop your skills and experience.

To give you an idea of the work they do, below is some of fascinating campaigns / therapy areas they are currently supporting:

•         Vaccines; Rare Blood Disorders (across three different areas); Viral Hepatitis; HIV and Opioid Addiction

In terms of balance or work, these are as follows:

o    Vaccines: Global with EMEA and US-based clients

o    Rare Blood Disorders (across three different areas): Global with EMEA and US-based clients

o    Viral Hepatitis: EMEA and Japan with UK and APAC-based clients respectively

o    HIV: EMEA with UK-based clients

Opioid Addiction: US, but mainly EMEA with UK-based clients

The firm has around 25 staff currently. This is a very exciting agency to be part of and is developing a buzz in being one of the firms to look out for over the next few years.
