Contract: Associate Director, Education

Leading strategic consultancy for original, Integrated, insight-led education, behaviour change and marketing campaigns that drive reputation, create social impact and deliver purpose for organisations is looking for an Associate Director to cover a 6 – 12 month maternity cover.

As an Associate Director, you will be part of the consultancy’s Senior Management Team (SMT) and play a key role in supporting the Co-founders in the running of the company and moving it towards its next phase of growth. You will be driving and delivering new business, as well as being responsible for heading up multiple large accounts, leading and managing teams. The role requires solid communications experience, be full of ideas, creative and used to managing account finances. You’ll provide strategic advice and direction to clients, overseeing the delivery of projects and identifying opportunities for growth.

As part of the SMT you will also have a role in the strategic planning and development of the consultancy including a lead on business growth and development. As such they require a highly entrepreneurial, strategic and commercial individual.

You will have extensive communications and social purpose experience gained in an agency environment and solid client management experience including developing strategic plans as well as contributing to clients’ wider education and social purpose thinking.
