Associate Director/Senior Associate Director - Consumer

This integrated PR & Content agency is already a known name in the sector, but has been ramping up with some exciting changes from the launch of several new divisions across experiential and influencer marketing, to a host of new client wins. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Associate Director or Senior Associate Director (Consumer) to join the team. 

About the Agency:

• A sister agency to a wider integrated group that offer services across advertising, media buying, digital, shopper marketing and more – meaning that for some of their large clients they can work on huge integrated campaigns
• Big name clients including the likes of Emirates, Spotify, Amazon, Alpen, Tesco, Starbucks, Canon and Nintendo
• Fully integrated, however they also have specialists in influencer marketing, digital, social & broadcast to add extra dedicated experience
• An exciting and varied mix of work, from content focused campaigns, experiential/events, traditional press offices and integrated campaigns

The Role - Associate Director/Senior Associate Director (Consumer) 

This role will be responsible for leading and growing client business across the agency, in addition to leading and inspiring teams across a portfolio of accounts.  

A full job spec can be supplied upon application, however some key requirements are:

- A solid agency background, working on consumer brands

- Proven track record of growing business organically as well as new business

- Leading client business and providing strategic counsel

- Leading multiple account teams, overseeing day to day output

- Financial/budget management
