Account Director – Capital Markets / FinTech

A close-knit, independent consultancy with a brilliant international network, is looking for an ambitious Director to join their dynamic team and work closely with Senior Management to really drive the business forward. Specialising in marketing communications for high-profile clients in the capital markets and FinTech space, the agency offers top tier expertise and exposure to career-making campaigns!

Responsibilities:

• Leading the team on campaigns
• Acting as a senior counsel to clients, advising on strategy, and handling issues
• Managing, developing, and coaching a junior team
• Leading on business growth through a combination of new business and existing clients
• Using different media and networks to provide high-level insight
• Leveraging existing contacts and networking to strengthen contacts

Requirements:

• Proven PR experience, ideally with a background in the FinTech, Corporate, or Financial Services sectors
• A successful track record in growing existing clients as well as business development
• An appetite for small business commerce and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Knowledge of how the broader financial and professional services community operates
• An ability to forge strong relationships with clients new and old, and with a variety of stakeholders
• An eye for the news with the ability to scope out a story
• Ambition, the ability to think strategically, and a creative flair
