The Role

This is a new role and a highly important one for the agency that would see the successful applicant overseeing a large, lucrative and rapidly expanding team. You will form part of the senior leadership team at the agency and be expected to contribute to its continued growth and success moving forward. Responsibilities include:

• Management of a varied portfolio in excess of £1m (roughly 80% retained)
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing and winning pitches with the help of the wider team.
• An active contribution to the running of the business by board-level contribution.
• Development of client strategy covering traditional & digital communications
• Acting as trusted key counsel to high profile, global clients.
• Working effectively with content, social and digital teams to deliver high impact integrated campaigns.
• Acting as a role model for the agency (externally and internally) and helping to nurture and develop staff.
