Account Director - Health Policy - Global Agency

A top global communications agency is recruiting for an Account Director for its Health Policy team in London. This is a key role within this expert team with responsibility for client relationships, team management and the successful implementation of strategic programmes.

You will contribute to the development of plans and oversee client campaigns and you will drive every aspect of creating and implementing strategic programmes. You will be the main strategic contact for clients and you will be responsible for providing trusted client counsel that demonstrates a clear understanding of their objectives and health policy strategies. You will help to coach and mentor teams and manage direct reports, working with them to support their development and ensuring they keep up-to-date with evolving health policy issues. You will play an integral role in business development activity, proactively seeking out and securing organic growth opportunities within your accounts as well as contributing to winning new clients.

To be considered for this position you must have the following skills and experience:

*Experience working in health policy consulting, ideally gained from working in an agency environment
*Strong health policy networks and knowledge of both global and local health policy trends and issues
*Excellent client handling skills
*Solid people management skills
*Superb writing skills
