Senior Account Manager - Property

Want to work with some of the UK’s most influential names in property? An integrated communications consultancy are looking for a communications professional to join their property practice. You will lead client and project campaigns and will have the opportunity to work with asset managers and capital advisory, developers, designers of buildings and those who manage social housing just to name a few! You will have an understanding and a passion for property and will be a keen leader and trusted advisor. 

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients in property and property related industries, offering your understanding of the sector
• Working with asset managers and capital advisory, companies who design and construct buildings and those who manage private and social housing as well as some of the UK's most influential names
• Building long-lasting relationships with clients
• Managing 2 junior team members 
• Introducing new leads and bringing in new clients 

Requirements:

• An understanding of and passion for the property sector 
• A proactive approach to campaign delivery and account management 
• A keen networker with good contacts
• An exceptional client lead
