Senior Account Director

A well-established political consultancy are looking for a Senior Account Director to join their team! You will be responsible for leading and developing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring the smooth running and delivering of strategy. From client management to line managing junior members of the team and keeping up to date with political affairs, this is a really varied role and an excellent opportunity to gain exposure. Responsibilities:

• Ensuring internal client meetings are organised and on schedule
• Writing communications plans, including communications tactics and agreed objectives
• Providing insight and advice to clients in all communications
• Supporting with research on new business meetings, proposals and pitches

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a an agency environment
• A sound understanding and proven network across Whitehall and Westminster
• A genuine interest in and knowledge of political affairs
• The ability to manage junior members
• Proven new business skills
