MD Creative, Consumer, PR and Influencer Agency

We are looking for an MD, who as an inspiring leader will drive delivery of the Agency’s vision and optimise Agency profitability.

This London based Creative, Consumer, PR and Influencer Agency is on a growth trajectory, producing influential creative work for a roster of exceptional global super-brands.  

Your areas of expertise will need to cover the following:

• Team Leadership and Development - someone who can set direction, inspire and lead by example to make sure the team connect with the agency vision and are motivated to produce innovative work to the highest standard.
• Creative Vision - you will be working closely with the creative team to ensure the creative infrastructure is in place to deliver ambitious ideas.
• Client relationship lead- effectively lead client business providing strategic counsel.
• Profit & Loss Management and Accountability- working with the CFO to maximise agency profitability. And as importantly, to make sure delivery of projects is to the highest quality on time and on budget.
• Business Growth - naturally brilliant at new business you will be adept at seeking out new business opportunities and organically growing existing accounts at a UK, regional and international level.
• Ideally you will have experience in the Entertainment, Drinks and Automotive sectors.
