One of London’s best and most highly regarded communications agencies is looking for a talented Associate Director to join their leading Public Affairs team. This agency works with a number of top-name clients and prides itself on routinely bearing the industry benchmarks. As Associate Director, you will be working with the senior team across a very broad range of global clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to progress your career within a leading London agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading on policy engagement objectives
  • Facilitating and chairing senior-level client meeting to develop high-level objectives
  • Public affairs strategy development
  • Playing a senior counsel role, supporting development of communications processes
  • Growing existing and winning new business
  • Proactively networking with political, media and industry contacts

Requirements:

  • Strong background in tech, financial, food and drink or other highly regulated sectors and experience in public affairs
  • Exceptional client handling skills; experience of delivering wide-ranging corporate counsel to senior clients
  • The ability to lead high performing teams
  • Excellent understanding of local and national government
  • Ability to manage and mentor junior staff
