The Role

The ideal candidate for this role will need to have some experience (Ideally 6 months minimum) at Account Director level and will need a strong track record of developing creative strategies, managing teams and working with big name brands. The role will offer the opportunity for involvement in senior management meetings and they’ll be plenty of opportunity for further progression down the line. Responsibilities will include:

• Helping Colleagues’ professional growth
• Providing client counsel at a senior level
• Leading team WIP meetings
• Writing strategic proposals for new, prospective and existing clients
• Leading client strategic planning
