Global Head of Social & Influencer Marketing

A leading cosmetics brand are looking for a creative, talented and passionate Global Head of Social & Influencer Marketing with an analytical mind to join their team! You will be managing the strategy for all the social media channels for the brand such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram etc and any other social media channels they might use. You will be working closely with local PR teams in a variety of regions such as Europe, North America and the Middle East, meaning global experience is vital!

Responsibilities

• Managing the strategy for all the social media channels
• This role is 75% social media and 25% influencer marketing
• Creating world class content and community management
• Working closely with the marketing team
• Building a global advocacy program that encourages people to share it further
• Managing the brands’ corporate image within the beauty industry and beyond
• Looking after digital influencers
• Making the advocacy programme the best in the industry

Requirements

• The ability to interact with colleagues of all levels and manage multiple stakeholders
• Be a social media hound!
• Experience of working in digital agency or similar role in-house for a FMCG business
• Global PR experience
• Must be flexible, nimble and creative as things change constantly
• Experience managing reputations
• Able to produce impressive content under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent leadership, team management and communication skills
• You must have a creative flair
• Be organised, able to prioritise, professional and flexible
