Your responsibilities:

* Leading on the agency's biggest accounts, acting as a trusted, senior counsel
* Leading a team of Account Managers and Account Executives - developing and training them, ensuring they get the opportunity to progress
* Taking on challenging briefs and converting them into PR proposals that exceed client's expectations

You will have worked in an agency environment for at least 5 years, with a strong PR background and proven experience working with global clients.
