First calls are always casual and commitment free. It’s just about giving you a clear understanding of the opportunity and for us to assess whether you’re the right fit for the role. We’ll provide you with upfront and honest detail to guide you in your next move.

    About the company

They are one of the UK start-up darlings. Millions in funding, growth that has achieved over 500% year on year, market leading status in multiple countries and a brand that is up there with the likes of Uber, Airbnb, Snapchat and WeWork.

It's a company that the UK can be proud of and one that employs over 600 people in their London HQ and thousands more across the world.

They are now out of their start-up phase and are in growth mode. Systems and procedures are established and it's all hands on deck as they expand rapidly into new markets and focus on taking number one position in more competitive markets.

    Culture

As with any fast growing brand the office has pace. They are a team of doers and proactive problem solvers. There is lots of autonomy in the company so getting things done efficiently is part of their DNA.

People who work here don't just want another job. They know they are part of the brands success and that global growth means more jobs for people in the UK and in the markets they operate in. It's a place where people innovate and think ahead.

They also know how to have fun. Regular team socials, days away and amazing training sessions is part of the norm.

    Team

The PR & Comms team in London now consists of 15 people with specialists in Public Affairs, Corporate and Consumer. From London's head office they manage agencies across the globe, deliver kick ass consumer campaigns, manage crisis comms and help to protect the brand.

The team are bright, switched on go getters. They tackle challenges head on, travel regularly and are focused on building the brand.
