My client is looking for an ideas person to conceptualise and create meaningful, clever, innovative concepts for marketing campaigns for social in a variety of different media. Your job will be to dream up social-first marketing campaigns from concept through execution. They need someone who understands the intricacies of the social media landscape and the impact of influencer marketing. Someone who can collaborate with other creatives and work dynamically together managing multiple presentations and creative projects at the same time. Building relationships with clients and team members alike and inspiring them with creative vision.

You should have:

3 years+ experience in a digital marketing agency or Influencer marketing

A good understanding of social media content strategies and media channels

A hunger for experimenting with new media, innovation, talent collaboration and new ideas.

The ability to lead and inspire teams of designers

A background in design and art direction and copywriting

Competent at using the Adobe suite

Previous experience in responding to RFPs essential

Bachelor's Degree required
