Are you ready to tell future colleagues what a great workplace our company is? Can you make international branding strategies and write engaging content for various channels?

Join us and become International Employer Branding Consultant in Employer Branding & HR Communication where you, together with four close colleagues, will plan and execute a wide range of employer branding activities across our key markets and play an important role in making our brand come to life. Our job is to tell and share good stories about our company as a great place to work, internally and externally. The team is part of our HR function, People & Development. We look forward to welcoming you in our team, where brainstorming and laughs are highly valued, and you’ll gain a great professional network across the organisation.

Your key tasks will be to

  • make plans for our global employer branding in close collaboration with your international colleagues
  • manage activities to brand our company as a great place to work, focusing on our markets outside Denmark – you’ll drive the process from A-Z, including idea creation, project management and daily coordination
  • write various texts from SoMe posts to leaflets
  • represent the company at selected events across our markets
  • support our international colleagues with communication materials such as roll-ups, presentations, etc.

Your competences include that you:

  • have a relevant degree in communication, international marketing or similar
  • have experience in international employer branding
  • have strong writing skills, enabling you to produce inspiring texts for all kinds of channels
  • are detail-oriented and undertake a structured approach to projects
  • are able to network and create good relations with a broad range of colleagues
  • speak and write English fluently, enabling you to communicate smoothly and efficiently across our international organisation.

Great communication skills are key, as you’ll tell future colleagues about our company through various channels and ensure high quality in all materials from messaging to visuals.     You’ll need to be creative as well as structured – and have an eye for the devil in the detail. You’re outgoing, flexible and prepared to go the extra mile to achieve the best results in a large organisation where expectations are high. It’s also crucial that you take ownership for your tasks – whether big or small – while at the same time working closely with the team, contributing with sparring and an extra hand when needed.
