Communications Coordinator

As Communications Coordinator you will be responsible for Europe and Africa and your primary focus will be to deliver proactive communication support to maximise PR opportunities and media coverage.

Communications Coordinator Responsibilities

As Communications Coordinator, your main duties will include:

  • Copywriting for all external communications including social media, web copy and editorial
  • Providing a balanced supply of news articles and working with key stakeholders to ensure relevant coverage
  • Placing editorial articles in relevant specialist media whilst working with the International Communications PR Manager to ensure alignment with wider company initiatives
  • Writing news, editorial content and case studies and coordinating with the International Communications Team for approval of all content.

Communications Coordinator Experience

Essential to this role will be your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders, and the successful candidate will therefore be customer service orientated, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organised and with excellent planning skills, you will be efficient with your execution of complex projects and have a positive approach to work. Educated to A level standard in Media, English or Communications is essential and a CIM qualification with experience in a large, multicultural organisation would be desirable.
