This 40-strong healthcare practice of a major international strategic communications firm is looking to make a new hire at Senior Account Manager level to boost their digital health offering. This is a result of significant increased client demand for the digital component of their overall healthcare communications programmes. Recent wins include the entire digital communications portfolio of a major pharmaceutical company, the digital strategy regarding the science and nutrition behind a well-known FMCG manufacturer and a digital communications programme for a global public health NGO.
The firm’s healthcare practice covers the spectrum of health communications including ethical healthcare, public health, health public affairs / policy, consumer health and medical education.
The successful hire will ideally have strong digital communications credentials. You will provide strategic counsel, develop and lead action plans, assigning tasks to the team and otherwise implementing the client program; work and advise clients to develop comprehensive stakeholder and media engagement strategies; work closely with clients and teams to provide social media expertise and develop initiatives in the digital space and identify new technologies and platforms and determine potential applications for clients.
This role will ideally suit someone who is looking for scope and development and who has the desire to capitalise on their current experience and bring their expertise to this specialist sector.
