Account Director

My client is a leading medium/large sized agency that have a fantastic reputation for delivering creative campaigns.  They are a consumer led agency, that have an eye for what works and gets their clients the coverage they desire!  They sit within an umbrella of other agencies, therefore have an abundance of expertise and support, which is clearly a huge benefit for individuals and their personal progression. 

I am currently looking for an Account Director to work mostly on one of their leading clients which is a global kids/toy brand!!  It’s fun, it’s cool, it’s a sought-after account and one that will bring your creativity to the forefront!

You will need to have an abundance of lifestyle experience, preferably with some toys/kids experience, though this really isn’t essential as this account has many strands and creativity and lifestyle are a thread across all. You will have other smaller accounts to work on alongside this main client, which will be determined around your experience and passions/interests.

The agency is very collaborative, and personality and team integration is very important to this business when hiring.  This account is simply very cool and would suit someone that has worked on a large account previously, who understands and has experience of working with brand leaders as well as communications and marketing individuals.   You will be a good team leader and want to progress and develop your junior member of the team.  The agency is renowned for personal development of their employees, with internal and external training, as well as awareness of a healthy working environment.  This agency is a leader in agency culture and will always thrive to stay at the top.
