Senior Account Director / Account Director - Global Luxury - £45-55k - Prestigious Agency

This position will join the Global Team - a team that works with iconic brands developing strategy,  international influencer programmes, tool kits, multi-country launch events and much more.  Global is the newest team to the agency, set up about a year ago and already has 5 employees.  Reporting into the head of the team you will work with your colleagues to deliver outstanding campaigns for a host of global names in beauty, fashion and lifestyle. 

Specifically in this role you will:

• Lead and deliver strategy as well as producing business proposals with confidence and assurance
• Utilise seasoned global knowledge of how international markets work and operate to the benefit of clients and their campaigns
• Contribute and participate in new business plans; pitch and win clients
• Research and develop innovative strategies for the future of the brands
• Share your extensive knowledge of market trends and strategic thinking
• Work collaboratively with your wider teams and external partners
• Engage with new suppliers  and media whilst developing positive and strong relationships

Ideal candidate:

• Nine years plus experience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle or luxury PR
• International experience, either working in the UK on global brands or overseas
• Experience of developing international strategy based on insights
• Experience of creating tool kits and of managing international events and launches 
• Thorough understanding on how global campaigns are developed and managed
• Experience of pitching and winning new business
