PR Manager | In-House | Health Insurance

This leading health insurer is looking to hire a media driven PR Manager to join their team. 

A forward thinking, industry disruptor this is a business that seeks to help people become healthier while protecting their lives. Jumping in at the beginning of the customer journey, they recognise that insurance is usually triggered at a point of need but they’re ahead of the curve and want to engage early & regularly, to encourage people to live a mutually beneficial active and healthy life.

The PR Manager will support the Head of PR and in turn will be supported by a network of agencies. You’ll play an important role in the business providing expert media handling advice and supporting the delivery of the overall strategy. You will be responsible for driving forward news generation, support product launches, highlight partnerships and make a noise around campaigns. 

We need an all-rounder but an understanding of financial services would be great.  You will be helping to build a positive brand profile across consumer, corporate and trade markets so a passion for media relations is important as well as being a strong writer. 

Oh and we also need someone who signs up to the company ethos. After all, their definition of a team lunch is likely to be a 5K run.
