Job Details

One of the world’s leading professional services firms is looking for a Digital Workplace Community Manager to ensure the quality of a new global digital workplace platform is maintained. You will be responsible for ensuring quality as well as supporting IT on change communications to senior stakeholders and working with internal team members to increase engagement throughout the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Creative and thoughtful content creation
  • Working with teams across comms, marketing and digital to stimulate innovation and collaboration
  • Providing internal audiences with relevant and engaging content
  • Providing necessary support
  • Driving a change communications programme
  • Day-to-day responsibility for the smooth and effective operation of the new platform
  • Measurement and reporting of platform use

Requirements:

  • Experience in internal communications / digital workplace adoption, preferably in a financial, business-to-business or professional services environment
  • Expertise in content management systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Project management skills, with the ability to prioritise work
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Self-starter with the ability and confidence to develop and implement their own projects
