A high-profile, international legal practice is looking for a proactive internal communications manager to join their dynamic team. The company, renowned for their outstanding expertise in the banking, corporate, and international capital markets sectors, is one of the world’s top law firms. With many of their partners acknowledged as leaders in their fields, and with a strong reputation for delivering excellence, this opportunity is ideal for an experienced internal communications professional with a solid understanding of the corporate business market.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Senior Manager Internal Communications in setting the strategic direction and priorities
  • Planning and implementing specific Internal Communications campaigns in support of the business and/or in support of marketing or PR-led campaigns
  • Providing support to offices, practice groups and support functions: advising key stakeholders
  • Ensuring the alignment of internal business messages
  • Using measurement to gauge messaging effectiveness
  • Support and help deliver on key outputs
  • Researching and recommending clearer policies and processes for communicating to key internal audience groups

Requirements:

  • A track record of achievement in a communications role in the corporate or professional services sectors
  • Experience of acting as an internal consultant or business partner
  • Understands the challenges and pressures faced by business leaders and has insight into the external environment and business trends
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • An effective team player
  • Ability to develop relationships and influence people at all levels of the business
  • Creativity
  • Ability to organise self and others, work at pace, and balance competing priorities
