Key Responsibilities

* Taking a lead on accounts, ensuring the smooth running of campaigns from brief to delivery
* Coming up with highly creative and effective strategies for clients
* Working with more junior team members to deliver results
* Remaining hands on in the day to day copywriting, media relations etc. as well as being able to delegate effectively to more junior team members
* Developing a high level of understanding of each client and their brand and advising effectively
* Developing strong, credible relationships with clients to retain existing, and gain new business

Key skills

* Experience within a PR agency environment at Account Manager level or above
* Exceptional communication and relationship building skills
* A highly creative and strategic mind set
* Confidence and credibility when pitching to media and clients both current and prospective
* Strong communication and leadership skills along with an ability to build excellent relationships at all levels
