One of the Middle East's most successful and well regarded corporate communications consultancies is looking to hire in a Managing Director to lead the agency.

The role demands a great leader, with a strong background in corporate reputation management. Naturally, previous international experience (ideally in the region) would be advantageous. However, the role could also suit an impressive UK practitioner interested in making the move abroad.

The team is open to considering candidates across a range of levels. It could be an exceptional Associate Director on the cusp of promotion to the Board, an existing Director looking to run an office/ team of their own, or an existing MD.

This is a business that has been active in the market for over a decade, during which time it has built an incredibly strong reputation based on a track record of successful delivery working for many of the region's biggest and most important entities. You will be responsible for building on strong existing foundations, setting the future direction for the agency, and ensuring its continued success.

You'll lead a sizeable team, made up of multiple different nationalities. The majority are bilingual (Arabic/English) and have lived in and worked in the region for a long time, along side a number of international colleagues who have relocated from other international offices, including London.

This is a role that demands someone who possesses significant breadth to their capabilities, as the remit includes responsibility for:
- business development
- financials
- stakeholder engagement
- staffing and people development
- client consultancy, delivery and account management
- team leadership and team culture
- brand and marketing
