Associate Director – Financial / Global Agency

Our client, an award-winning corporate communications agency is looking for an experienced Associate Director to join their leading Financial Team. They have won multiple awards for their outstanding, creative campaigns and work with some of the biggest brands and companies in the world. This role would suit a confident, ambitious, Associate Director looking to take on a leadership role as part of a successful company.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as senior counsel to clients, supporting the development of their communications strategies as a whole
• Oversee all client contact whilst shaping and steering programme strategy, delivery and responsibility for servicing, profitability, forecasting and billing
• Growing existing and winning new business, leading on pitches and networking for leads
• Overseeing the full account team, providing leadership example and guidance to peers and colleagues, including resourcing issues, account performance and delivering internal training

Requirements: 

• Solid experience within a similar role, having worked on major brands and high profile accounts
• The ability to develop media relationships at senior level
• A strategic mind-set and examples of this
• The ability to lead by examples and motivate and support team members
• Strong client handling skills; prior experience of delivering decisive counsel to very senior clients
