PR Account Director - Fashion/Lifestyle clients - Central London- Up to £40,000

PR Account Director role - The Company

My client is a full service communications agency renowned as a pioneer in the ever-changing communications landscape and specialising in PR with skills across digital, design,
events and marketing. They champion engaging communication campaigns that enforce and elevate brand position while delivering results which support local and global sales growth. They are based in the creative heart of East London and are focused in both the fashion and consumer lifestyle sectors, retaining a portfolio of international, European and UK clients who are all very much household names.

PR Account Director role- The Role

My client is looking to recruit a dynamic and creative Account Director to join its growing team based in East London, leading client relationship and comms strategies for leading Fashion/Lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities

-Leading on multiple accounts, including press office, campaigns, projects and events (EU and Global
experience preferred).
-Develop, maintain and grow excellent client relationships and leading by example in delivering an exemplary service to clients and the media / influencers.
-Manage communication strategies - including planning, insights, creative & commercial
solutions and thought leadership.
-Manage, nurture and develop direct reports - providing daily support and ensuring they are
consistently developing / delivering against client and personal KPIs.
-Be strong in media/influencer/ taskmaker/ talent relationships and contacts and your ability to adapt to the ever-changing media landscape across UK (EU and Global experience / knowledge also preferred).
-Identify, recruit & manage influencer/creatives/talent/media partnerships and content
creation.
-Have excellent publicity skills and a strong understanding of what 'makes a story' and how best to pitch it.
-Manage campaigns and projects from concept to completion and ability to analyse results and key
learnings.
-Produce high quality creative writing for media facing assets (e.g press releases) as well as top class
proposals, pitches and presentations independently.
-Work closely with the social media team and brief/ align on all events and launch initiatives.
Able to demonstrate new business and upselling opportunities.
-Proven experience operating in a senior position within the industry and working in a fast-paced
environment.

PR Account Director role - Required skills/interests

Successful candidates will be motivated, creative, strategic and commercially minded with a solid understanding of the media and influencer landscape across streetwear, lifestyle, fashion and sportswear markets.

Minimum 5-6 years streetwear / sneaker / sports / fashion / lifestyle PR experience, either in-house or at agency level, operating in similar brand environments.
