Based in central London, this role will be primarily responsible for the management of relationships with a range of high-profile clients and for overall client delivery. 

As the senior point of contact for our clients, you will co-ordinate the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans and balance the expectations of clients with the execution of impactful and creative work.

You will plan campaigns, and successfully develop the agency’s accounts creatively and financially, while playing a positive role in our new business development programme.

About You:

  • Can you think strategically, planning and managing client work and results from a helicopter perspective, as well as hands-on input when needed?
  • Do you have the passion for PR and marketing, how the industry is changing and the opportunities that can be gained for clients?
  • Will you enjoy a varied mix of responsibilities covering team management, client management and relationships, account productivity monitoring, business development, creative writing & editorial, and media relations?
  • Are you passionate about getting under a business’ skin to quickly recognise and develop new opportunities for your clients and for the agency?
  • Do you have excellent project management, planning and organisational skills gained in a PR/Marcomms environment?
  • Do you have a native flair for relationship building and interpersonal development, with experience as the focal-point for client contact?
  • Do you have the discipline to ensure quality and impact for your clients, and still meet tight deadlines?
  • Will you go the extra mile to produce your best work and grow your role, whilst continually learning and developing your skills for the future?
  • Do you love leading by example and acting as a mentor to your team as they develop their skills, knowledge and communication abilities?
  • Can you offer excellent creative copywriting and have experience in the wider marketing mix?
  • Do you have the ear of an enviable network of media contacts, and the drive to keep building that network of influencers across a range of sectors?
