Account Manager- B2B & B2C Tech
Are you an experienced PR professional looking to work on B2B Technology client accounts? An independent PR and Digital Communications agency in Central London that work across a really interesting mix of B2B Tech, B2C Tech, and Lifestyle/Wellbeing are looking for an Account manager or Senior Account Manager to join their B2B Tech team. Clients will include a media company, an AI developer and a cloud storage company, amongst others.
This integrated agency offers fantastic exposure to high-profile clients, campaigns and the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience! You will have the opportunity to train, progress and build an impressive portfolio. You will be working across new business, supporting day to day account management and building media and influencer relationships, working on collaborative campaigns.
As Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients
- Regularly delivering quality coverage, as well as working closely with the team to develop high-impact ideas for clients
- Problem solving by identifying, raising, and escalating issues that may arise on accounts
- Contributing to new business projects as part of the team
The ideal Account Manager will have:
- Proven PR experience, ideally within an agency environment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team
- An adaptable approach to work and a willingness to get involved across a wide range of accounts
- Passion and creativity
