PR Account Manager

PR Account Manager, Hertford -
Following an exciting period of growth, a Hertfordshire-based PR agency are looking to take on an experienced Account Manager on a permanent basis to support in the management of key client accounts, and the development and implementation of outstanding PR strategies and campaigns. You will need to be an experienced writer with a keen interest in technology for this content-oriented role.

Reporting to the Managing Director, as Account Manager, your key responsibilities will include building and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients - recognising opportunities to grow current accounts; understanding and translating briefs; managing expectations throughout campaign delivery process; creation of captivating content for a range of channels including press, web, social media and collateral; management of social media accounts for business - developing, scheduling and posting content; and video content production - anything corporate videos to vlogs and product demos.

It has been outlined by our client that the successful candidate will need to be degree educated - preferably within Arts, Communications or Public Relations. It is also essential that you have at least two years' experience of providing top quality PR account management services within an agency environment ideally facing technology, FinTech, financial services or automotive clients.

Due to the location of the office this role is commutable from Harlow, Luton, Watford, Stevenage, Letchworth, Aylesbury, Cheshunt, Hemel Hempstead, Hertford, Harlow and most parts of Hertfordshire.
