Internal Comms Manager - Construction Company - Mat Cover

A leading global construction company is looking for an Internal Communications Manager for a 12-month maternity cover contract within its corporate head office in London. This role is to start the end of April.

This is a key role with responsibility for delivering the employee retention and engagement plan and planning and delivering aspects of the internal communications strategy. You will be tasked with delivering the internal campaigns against yearly plans and you will provide corporate services support. You will work with colleagues to produce an internal magazine and you will manage the internal news function. You will also be involved in writing industry awards submissions.

To be considered for this position you must have significant internal communications experience gained from working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within the construction or professional services industry. In addition, you must be a strategically-minded individual with strong relationship building skills and have the proven ability to work effectively with different teams.
