Global Communications Officer

My client is a global provider of heavy lifting and transportation solutions with their HQ based in Stafford. They are looking to appoint a global communications officer to support the growth of the business on a global level. The successful candidate will achieve this through a broad range of media channels and use them to raise the profile of company, fully leveraging the incredibly diverse range of work that they are involved in and the locations where they work.

The ideal candidate will have no shortage of good content – your challenge will be to capture and adapt what can be highly technical work to ensure it best communicates the unique benefits the company brings to its clients.

Your copywriting skills will be tested on a daily basis; your ability to adapt content quickly to successfully meet the demands of owned, earned and paid media will be essential. You will also line manage the Group PR Assistant to achieve this.

This role will require you to influence people in their businesses around the world – there will be the opportunity to travel globally.
