If you are an Internal Communications professional and you are looking to take a new step into a global consultancy, I have a fantastic opportunity that will allow you to do just that!

This organisation operates in over 30 different countries and this role will come under their UKIMEA remit and will give the successful candidates an opportunity to work with the 17 different offices that they currently have in the UK which amasses to around 7,000 employees. They are an independent firm of designers, planners, engineers, consultants and technical specialists offering a broad range of professional services.

Reporting to the Regional Communications Lead, the Senior Internal Communications Coordinator will work closely with the Regional Digital Executive and the internal communications team to build and execute a clear internal communications strategy and plan on behalf of their Digital team. This plan will effectively communicate the Region’s Digital transformation ambitions and activity to over 7,000 staff across the UK, India, Middle East and Africa.  

Responsibilities:

  • Shape, develop and execute a creative and impactful communications programme that effectively communicates the Region’s vision, approach and activities around Digital Transformation to our broad and diverse internal audience, utilising a wide range of communication channels and techniques
  • Develop strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of the organisation
  • Measure and report on the impact of communication on business aims
  • Work closely with colleagues in other marketing and communications teams
  • Advise on strategies to establish and develop communities (or networks) of ‘change’, interacting throughout offices and their internal digital channels

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication, copywriting and editing skills
  • Significant experience in Internal Communications is a MUST-HAVE
  • Ability to think strategically while also happy to be “hands on” in terms of campaign delivery 
  • Excellent Digital skills with proficiency with Microsoft office and G-Suite
  • A proven track record of working with digital/ technology firms supporting a range of internal communications or a keen interest and understanding of this sector
  • Experience of advising and influencing stakeholders
