About you

  • You currently be at Associate Director level within a PR agency working on a portfolio that includes at least 2-3 major consumer lifestyle brands.
  • You’ll have a strong track record of leading pitches and winning them.

  • As this role will be 50% new business focused and 50% PR focused, you will still have hands on experience leading accounts and driving the planning & strategy for briefs.

Salary on offer is £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.

In this role you will

  • Spend 50% of your time focused on new business - looking through leads, deciding what to pitch on, what is financially viable and running the pitch process.
  • On each brief you’ll driving further understanding, look at the financials, ensure objectives are achievable, pull suitable teams together based in diverse experience, work with the creative team and lead the pitch from start-to-finish.
  • You’ll also work on your own portfolio of 2-3 clients. This will take up 50% of your time. These clients are yet to be decided but we can assure you they are big brands, creative led briefs and often integrated.
