My client, an outstanding destinations PR agency has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join their vibrant and constantly growing team. The agency has a large number of big name clients across the B2B and consumer sectors covering lifestyle, destination, retail and property brands.
About the Senior Account Manager role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will have an exciting opportunity to broaden your strategic PR and communications skills within a dynamic and fast paced environment.
In this role you will have the opportunity to:
* Lead the strategic and creative direction of award-winning B2B PR campaigns
* Head up the new business function, from creative brainstorming to developing strategy and pitching for new clients
* Direct and manage junior members of the team to support PR, marketing and events activity
As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead the B2B PR activity across some of the agency's biggest client accounts similar to Oxford Street and Westfield Shopping Centre. You will be expected to develop and maintain a fantastic relationship with clients and media alike, whilst managing junior members of the team.
About you
You will have:
* Strong B2B PR experience - agency experience is preferred
* Good contacts within the national and trade media, with a background in property, retail or destinations PR
* An interest in working within a boutique agency, with a bigger agency's mentality
* You will be a creative, lateral thinker that is keen for your ideas to be heard
* New business experience of both pitching for and securing new clients
In return...
The new Senior Account Manager will receive a basic salary of £35,000- £42,000 DOE PLUS:
