There is an exciting new opportunity for a project manager with a well-established healthcare communications agency, to work in a creative and collaborative pharmaceutical setting. If you have at least 3 years’ experience of project management experience in a healthcare communications agency, this could be the job for you!

The project manager’s role will be:
- To ensure healthcare marketing/communications projects run smoothly, run scoping through to release, and stay on-time, on-budget and on-brief.
- To lead a collaborative and cross-functional team, and engage with stakeholders on their behalf – top notch communications skills are a must.
- To adhere to guidelines while looking for ways to improve the efficiency; being flexible and adapting to any situation.
- Manage the more technical aspects of the team - from budgets and timelines to technical specifications, you’ll need to cast a keen eye over everything, so knowledge of healthcare and scientific terminology is preferred.
The successful candidate will:
- Have project management experience at a digital agency, preferably in healthcare and brand comms – any PM qualification would be beneficial
- Have creativity by the bucket load and a proactive attitude
- Be well-versed in managing digital projects (websites, banner ads, email campaigns, apps etc) for pharmaceutical clients.
- Ooze confidence when dealing with clients, senior staff members and stakeholders
- Be adept using project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Trello, and have the pharmaceutical marketing knowledge necessary to succeed at a multi-faceted agency.
