PR DIRECTOR / HEAD OF PRACTICE

Integrated agency based in Berkshire is seeking some London talent to head-up their PR division. This is a great opportunity for a current Associate Director, to move out of town yet not drop their standards whilst working for this multi-award-winning agency.

As practice head your role will involve both client and team management. You’ll be a rigorous operator who knows how to walk the floor. You will be responsible for the development of your team – including mentoring, capacity planning and recruitment. In addition, you will continue to enjoy providing client counsel and will be on hand to discuss issues and developments. You will be responsible for looking after fee and will both safeguard and secure new income through organic growth and will work closely with their new business team to help convert leads.

Whilst some Technology experience gained in a large communications agency will stand you in good stead for this role, Consumer, Corporate and B2B skills will also be considered.  Clients range from large retailers for whom they are helping with a re-brand through to a consumer health related federation and of course a large tech business for whom they are developing corporate comms programmes.

The business is open to backgrounds as long as some exposure to consultancy life has featured in your career journey so far.  The team recognises that taking this role will probably coincide with some changes in lifestyle and are happy to look at a degree of flexible working. This is a big hire for them and they are keen to get the right person who must be ready to make an impact and help shape this already successful agency.
